3 Day/ 3 Night Itinerary
Day 1: Enjoy the scenic aerial views on
your way to the Bones Bay wilderness location of Knight Inlet
Adventures on West Cracroft Island near Knight Inlet. Upon
arrival at the Lodge you'll meet your guide and begin a general
area tour which includes some small native village ruins follows
and concludes with dinner, including wine, at the Lodge.
Day 2: Good Morning! Following a wonderful
breakfast, you and your guide are off on a marine wildlife
excursion. Depending on the time of the year, you may see
Orcas (Killer Whales), Minke or Humpback whales, Black Bears,
Porpoises and Eagles and more. When there's a short lull
in wildlife viewing, your guide will pull out your provided picnic lunch.
Late afternoon, you'll return to the Lodge for Dinner.
Day 3: Early to Rise! Then you're off with your guide
to see more Knight Inlet wildlife. Spend several
hours of viewing bears and marine animals in the Glendale Cove estuary,
or head up to Glacier Bay to view the steep cliffs and
blue-green glacier fed waters or
optional touring of more ancient Indian ruins or maybe a little
salmon fishing. In the
afternoon you'll depart for Campbell River and a comfortable
Hotel room at Painter's Lodge (Compliments of Knight Inlet
Adventures) where you can rest,
refresh and be ready to continue to tour beautiful Vancouver
Island, British Columbia.

4 Day/ 4 Night Itinerary
Day 1 and Day 2: Same as 3 Day/3 Night (Left)
Day 3: Grizzly Bears!
You and your guide are off to visit "Trapper
Rick's" cabin. This is a day long trip
consisting of an all terrain vehicle ride, a small river
crossing by boat, and a short walk to a prime grizzly and black
bear viewing location on the Kak-Wei-Ken River. There will be
some walking required so a mild exercise program before your
trip is highly recommended.
New for 2007: Our Yurt is under construction
and scheduled to be finished this spring , weather
permitting. When it's complete, you will you have the
choice to extend your Grizzly viewing opportunity by
spending the night at the yurt.
Day 4: Early to Rise! Then you're off with your guide
to see more Knight Inlet wildlife. Spend several
hours of viewing bears and marine animals in the Glendale Cove estuary,

P.M. you'll depart for Campbell River and a comfortable

Things to Remember:
All tours are marine based and therefore
strongly weather dependent. We'll everything in our power
to ensure that your trip is a great experience, but your
understanding, cooperation and flexibility in the event that we
have to modify your itinerary will be greatly appreciated.
Bring warm layer able clothing, your camera
or camcorder, and extra batteries or film; but keep in mind that
there is a 25 pound weight limit on baggage
for your seaplane trip to Knight Inlet Adventures. You are
responsible for paying any overweight charges that you incur.
Trip deposit is 40 % with the balance due 90
Days prior to your tour date. Deposits are non-refundable
but may be transferred to a later date during the year if there
is an opening available. We strongly recommend Deposit and
Trip cancellation insurance. Contact your travel agent.
