Whale and Marine Mammal Viewing
|
|

|
Knight Inlet is rated as one of the best places in
the world for observing whales. Sixteen (16) Orca Pods
(families) frequent the Inlet and; the adjoining Johnstone
Strait, home of the Robson Bight Marine Orca Sanctuary, is just a
short boat ride from Knight Inlet Adventures.

|
| In addition to the hundreds of Orca (Killer)
whales found here it is not uncommon to encounter Humpback and
Minke whales.
As with our bear watching we'll do our best to allow you to
have a up-close encounter with these magnificent mammals while
keeping within the constraints of government regulations and our
belief that your safety and well being are always the top consideration.

Harbor Seals, Sea Lions, Sea Otters, and Porpoises
are also probable wildlife encounters you can expect to
experience during your vacation. |
| Of course, we'll always take time to view any of
the Eagles we encounter along the way. |
